Returns & Substitution & Balloon performance & Delivery
Submitting an order indicates acceptance of the following cancellation policy.
For a full refund, the deadline to submit your request is 9am (Florida time), two days prior to delivery.
Orders cancelled or changed after this deadline are subject to a cancellation charge ranging from 25% to 100% of the order value, depending on the extent of preparations made for the order.

Submitting an order indicates acceptance of the following substitution policy and float times for helium balloons
All balloons shown might be substituted. The substituted balloon will be the same theme, sentiment or character.
Float Times:
If used indoors, balloons float the following times:
11" latex balloons treated with Hi-Float: 2 days
11"latex balloons not treated with Hi-Float: 12 hours
16" latex balloons treated with Hi-Float: 2 days
16" latex balloons not treated with Hi-Float: 25 hours
Mylar balloons: 2 days
Latex balloons begin to slowly reduce in size with each passing day. They also oxidize, a natural process which converts the original glossy finish to a satin-like finish.
Choosing the preferable time of delivery, please keep in mind that the delivery will arrive within the timeframe of +/- 1.5 hours of the desired time when the order is submitted at least 2 days in advance of delivery. If timing is critical (starting time of event, for example) please be sure to state the preferable time of delivery at least two hours in advance. For example, if the party starts at 12 pm please put the preferable time of delivery as 10 am to be sure the delivery arrives on time.
Our balloons must be accepted by someone at the residence, in person. Balloons cannot be dropped off and left unattended, even if such a request is submitted with the order.
We do not take any responsibilities for the actions of concierges, delivery people, or other third parties in case you request them to accept the balloons.
IF NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT THE ORDER
If no one is available to accept a delivery when we arrive, the order will be returned to the branch office handling the order and the sender will be notified. In such cases an additional delivery charge will apply to complete the delivery on the same day. Undeliverable orders will not be refunded.
